Approved by the government, the first national exhibition demanded extensive gestation work. That was reflected in the pages of a Bulletin directed by Bartolomé Victory y Suarez. We present here number 3 of the same. It details the efforts of the National Government and the Exhibition Commission, as well as the processing of Engineer Harry Woods' project on the ground and the fervent defense that Dr. Nicolás Avellaneda presented to the National Chamber of Deputies on the Exhibition.
