Only the fine perception of a camera artist can capture and freeze a scene of enormous beauty, as in this case "The car and the forest", the work of the Egyptian-Argentine Sameer Makarius (1924-2009) and which shows us a dense and dark forest complete the picture and in the center of it a work cart pulled by a white horse, creating a truly remarkable chromatic contrast. The figure of the dog adds a special touch to this rural scene.

Among all the colors of horses - equus ferus caballus - white is the least frequent and always stands out for its great beauty. It is surprising then that these white centaurs accompany notable figures in world history such as Napoleon Bonaparte. Artists of all times have captured these special equines in their pictorial works, especially on military figures such as Simón Bolívar, José de San Martín, and others.
