Rare. Quarto, (26.5 x 17 cm), Title page, blank, 573 pp. Modern cloth binding, with a detail of its previous cover. Copy in good condition, except for some leaves with marginal foxing. Suarez, no. 9976, offered fifteen volumes with the Records from 1865 to 1912, not including the present.

The work gathers all the government measures issued by Decrees; contains, among many others, the provisions that were taken for the transfer of the population, demarcations, property and land, attention to helpless families, etc. due to the earthquake that destroyed the city of Mendoza in March 1861. In addition, it also accounts for the imminent danger caused by Chacho Peñaloza and by the indiadas that threatened from the south. In troubled times, these Official Records have copious information on the historical development of their territory.
